Dilofo, Zagoria, 2023

Dilofo is a village in the Pindus Mountains in the region of Zagoria, in north west Greece. It has been declared a historic listed monument due to the preservation of its traditional architecture. The buildings are constructed of timber and stone. There has been restoration but most of the houses no longer have permanent residents due to the hardships following World War 2 and then the Civil War which made it a harsh place to live.
